Inder Kumar shared that the film Dhamaal was shot entirely within India and did not require any overseas schedule. He emphasised that India itself offers incredibly beautiful and diverse locations, particularly mentioning the Himalayan region, where parts of the film were shot. According to him, the natural landscapes there were stunning and added great visual appeal to the movie. Through Dhamaal, the team wanted audiences to appreciate how beautiful India is, without necessarily looking beyond its borders for scenic backdrops. He further explained that choosing a shooting location ultimately depends on the script’s requirements. If a story demands an international setting, then filming abroad makes sense.
