Sleepy Broadbill goes into roosting mode, lulled by Great Barbet calls, in Uttarakhand Himalaya, at the wildfilmsindia sanctuary around Landour. Suddenly, something seems to wake it up and it goes into alert mode in no time at all. Hear the vocalization of the Broadbill in this video! What a unusual combination of bright green and bright yellow? For a bird that needs to be camouflaged in low foothill and low Himalayan forests, that seems like an unlikely combination of camou colours! Lovely bird calls reverberate through our wildfilmsindia forest and bird sanctuary around Mussoorie. The long-tailed broadbill (Psarisomus dalhousiae) is a species of bird that is found in the Himalayas, extending east through Northeastern India to Southeast Asia. It is the only bird in the genus Psarisomus. T
