The seniormpst unit of the Indian Army,President's Bodyguards gallop in horses in a ceremony where a Silver trumpet is given out to them. The traditional service is held in in the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan, which is home to the President of India. The PBG, being the President of India's own troops, has the unique honor of being the only regiment in the Indian Army that is privileged to carry the President's Silver Trumpet and The Trumpet Banner. In a ceremonious presentation, the President of India bestows the distinguished trumpet and the trumpet banner to his bodyguard. The trumpet banner has the Ashoka Lions as well as the initials of the President of India.
