Carrying and installing a 300 kilogram heavy glass element by standing on bamboo scaffolding, with a potential fall of hundreds of feet on the other side, can be a hairy task. Yet, it is all done in a day's work for these Schueco / Schuco India labourers hired by Pranav Doors from Dehradun. Working with a makeshift staircase over cement bags and stones, these people undertake the unenviable job of moving a highly delicate pane of Double glazed glass down a steep slope to a home being made in the western Himalaya. How a 300 kilogram Schueco / Schuco Double glazed glass door in transported in a hilly area in the Himalaya, for use at a construction site.
