Rupin Dang harvests a daily dose of citrus, among them oranges, kinnow / kinnu, malta and red blood grapefruit at the Wilderness Orchard in South Delhi. The oranges of north India's heat are extremely sweet and juicy, despite the common notion that oranges do well only in Mediterranean climes such as Florida, California, the South of France or in Sikkim or Nagpur in India. We collect the citrus in our Tunisian olive wood baskets made from 350 to 400 year old Olive trees, from a single trunk and piece of wood, with no joints!
