The Wine Glass Fungus and Turkey Tail Fungus are observed growing on decaying wood. The wine glass fungus is recognized for its petal-like, funnel-shaped structure, while the turkey tail fungus displays concentric rings with varied colors resembling a bird’s tail. Both species play an important role in decomposition by breaking down dead organic matter. Turkey tail is also noted for its medicinal significance in traditional and modern studies.
