An Orchard Spider, likely belonging to the genus Leucauge, is a delicate orb-weaving spider commonly found in gardens, orchards, forest edges, and hilly landscapes. In the middle hills region, these spiders are often seen building their elegant circular orb webs between shrubs, grasses, or small tree branches where insects frequently pass. Orchard spiders are recognized by their slender legs, translucent body, and shimmering green or silvery abdomen, which often reflects light beautifully in natural sunlight.
