People salvage their belongings as the floods hit Uttarakhand yet again - in 2016. A replay of the 2013 flooding, it does seem like the Himalaya is going to continue to reel under the effects of cloud bursts and flooding, with unplanned development being the chief conspirator to the damage to the human living environment.
