Beautiful Lady Zangmo from Gelephu is drying harvested rice crop in Gelephu, Bhutan. The cultivation of Rice is done by the early June and by November and December, you get what you sow. (Harvest time) This is one of the easy processes to dry grains before you take it for hulling the rice. The prime motive for this process is to ensure that the rice is fully moisture and doesn't break while hulling.
