Speaking of the 68th annual session of the federation of Indian chambers of commerce and industry, the Prime Minister Mr. Narasimha Rao has stressed the need for the Indian corporate sector to join hands with the government to spread the benefit of economic reforms to the less privileged of Indian society. The Prime Minister called upon the Indian entrepreneurs to contribute at least one percent of their new project outlets and another one percent of their profits towards the strengthening of the social infrastructure industry. He further assured that in the process of the march towards globalisation, no compromise on national interests would be acceptable for India.
