India’s southern state of Kerala suffered its worst monsoon flooding in a century, with more than one million people displaced, and more than 400 reported deaths in the first few weeks of the disaster itself. Locals started helping the displaced with whatever they had even huge utensils were being used as boats to transfer people to a safer area. Rafts made of coconuts were being used by locals to safely rescue victims of this flood which had completely soaked God's own country.
