This footage captures a striking circular swarm of honeybees (Apis sp.) clustered tightly on a tree branch, forming a temporary living structure. Such swarm formations occur when a honeybee colony has outgrown its existing hive or nest. During this natural process, the old queen leaves the colony, accompanied by thousands of worker bees, while scouts search for a suitable new nesting site. The swarm acts as a resting and decision-making phase, allowing the colony to remain protected while selecting their future home. The tightly packed cluster helps regulate temperature and safeguard the queen at the center.
