A Common Mormon butterfly (Papilio polytes*, known for its elegant wings and remarkable mimicry, appears trapped in a delicate net. Its wings flutter weakly, unable to gain the lift needed to fly. The butterfly tries to free itself, moving gently but helplessly, showing the fragile struggle of a creature meant to roam freely in the air. The Common Mormon, widely distributed across Asia, usually glides confidently from flower to flower, but here it pauses in distress—its natural grace momentarily disrupted.
