This cute little flycatcher comes down from the Himalaya and visits the plains of north India, for summer. It heads back through the warm and somewhat dusty plains at the beginning of spring to reach better climes in the Himalaya, in time for spring-time there and the nesting season. This little fellow visited the office of Wilderness Films India in the heart of New Delhi city in early March 2014, on its way up, seeking shelter under a Banyan tree in our office complex.
