A forest pathway in Sariska National Park, India is occupied by Indian peafowl, a large flock of grey francolins (Ortygornis pondicerianus), and a wild boar (Sus scrofa). The boar moves slowly along the path in close proximity to the birds, showing no immediate disturbance, while the partridges remain in a dense group. Peafowl stand and forage along the edges of the track. The sequence includes a separate view of a shikra (Accipiter badius) perched on a tree branch, scanning its surroundings. Sus scrofa is a widespread omnivorous mammal that feeds on roots, insects, and small animals, often active during cooler hours and tolerant of varied habitats. The grey francolin is a ground-dwelling bird found in open scrub and woodland, feeding on seeds and insects and frequently moving in coveys.
