Negotiating Andheria morh in a downpour! Heavy rains in Delhi slow down the traffic and give commuters a hard time navigating flooded streets. Rains affect smooth flow of vehicles and many locations become unreachable. Pedestrians wait under few and far between covered spaces and enjoy the shower as a relief from the searing heat in the capital.
