One needs a tough SUV to battle Delhi's monsoon drenched roads! Cars passing a flooded part on the AIIMS Road highway. Water splashing on both sides of the vehicles as the vehicles speed past the waterlogged stretch. Filmed in slow motion, it looks like a sports event on the national highway. Rainfall is little in Delhi but a rather heavy spell of rainfall can cause waterlogging and flooding for a brief period of time. Is it due to lack of proper drainage system, crowded living or Delhi is just too flat and there is no where the water can go?
