SUV car tires submerged in the water following heavy rainfall in Delhi in July, 2020. Vehicles are filmed in slow motion running through the water on the Ring Road at AIIMS Medical. Public and private transport plying right after the rains are ploughing through the flooded road. A green Ashok Leyland Public transport bus is also making its way into the waterlogged street.
