Heavy rain lashed large parts of North India, causing landslides at a number of places in Uttarakhand that claimed four lives. Delhi received rain overnight, causing waterlogging in a number of areas. Traffic jams have also been reported from across the national capital. Delhi received patches of heavy rainfall since Friday evening, totalling over 90 mm. The Meteorological Department has forecast more rain for Saturday. Commuters were stuck for a long time in the morning rush hour traffic across the NCR and some of them took to social media to post pictures of water-logged and clogged roads. Traffic moved at snail's pace in Najafgarh, Dhansa, Chhawla, Nangloi, Delhi Gate, ITO junction, Dhaula Kuan and Naraina.
