The girl child in this footage has helped her mother with the cooking while her younger brother eats lunch. The mother forgoes her own food on occasion in favour of feeding her children. Women walk through the lanes of the village homes, wearing dupattas and shawls in pink and lavender pastel shades. That dry crackly chapati may not be enough for the dietary needs of this young and growing Indian child, and his need for a healthy and balanced diet.
