Party time for birds that nest on the ground, and have to fend off potential predators. They seem to have a camaraderie all of their own! A Lapwing preens its chest feathers while Pacfowl call in the monsoony backdrop, even as a Curlew looks sleepy by day, and a Grey Partridge or Safed Teetar forages for seeds and insects in the tall grass behind.
