Watch this cute friendship between a Grey Partridge and a Budgie, but the Budgie tries to mate and take 'advantage' of the friendship which is already unequal to begin with. But he doesn't see it that way! The Budgerigar bird can be seen sitting on the back of the Partridge, while the Partridge looks sleepy at the end of the clip. At other times, the Budgie tries to preen and nuzzle the partridge, even using its increased height to peck at leave overhead, as it rides by them! According to a scientist, birds hangs out with their new social circles even when they don't have to. But once the experiment ended, those friendships vanished faster than a candy conversation heart.
