Deep in the Himalayan region of Uttarakhand, local villagers practice a unique and deeply rooted tradition centred around faith, nature, and community. This documentary-style video explores the worship of Kyarakoti, symbolised by the head of the Blue Sheep (Bharal), at a small yet significant temple locally known as Lal Devta Mandir. The presiding deity, Bagori Laldevata, is mainly worshipped by the villagers of Bagori and the surrounding areas. The red and yellow cloths tied to the pine tree serve as prayer offerings, a common practice at shrines and sacred natural sites across the region, symbolising faith, protection, and a deep spiritual connection with nature.
