This wildlife footage captures several Plain Tiger butterflies (Danaus chrysippus), also known as the African Queen, resting and fluttering among low-growing Purple Viper's Bugloss (Echium plantagineum), commonly known as Paterson's Curse. The butterflies repeatedly settle on the vibrant purple blossoms before taking short flights between nearby flowers, creating a lively display of natural pollinator activity. Their bright orange wings with bold black borders and white-spotted margins stand out beautifully against the purple blooms and green vegetation.
