A scenic stretch of the Manali–Leh Highway cutting through the rugged high-altitude landscapes of the Indian Himalayas. The road passes across barren rocky mountains characteristic of the Lahaul and Ladakh regions, known for their dramatic cold desert terrain and remote mountain passes. Low clouds and dense mist obscure the distant Himalayan peaks, creating challenging driving conditions while adding a moody atmosphere to the journey. The paved two-lane highway features reflective roadside markers and winding mountain curves as vehicles carefully navigate the elevated terrain.
