Ambulance sirens rent the air as the sick are ferried from different parts of the city. Ambulances line up outside private hospitals, for business. Ambulances seem to be doing roaring business as they are over-charging patients in many cases, especially those that are equipped with oxygen. Some patients who are not finding hospital beds are choosing to circle their city in an ambulance just to be able to receive some oxygen.
