A scenic aerial view of Chinyalisaur, a Himalayan town located in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. Nestled along the banks of the Bhagirathi River, the town is surrounded by steep mountain slopes, terraced landscapes, and the rugged terrain characteristic of the Garhwal Himalayas. At the center of the scene is the Maa Ganga Airstrip, also known as the Chinyalisaur Airstrip, an important regional runway used for emergency operations, regional connectivity, and as an Advanced Landing Ground by the Indian Air Force. Airport-related infrastructure including hangars and operational buildings can be seen adjacent to the runway.
