A welder is building a metal bunk bed from rectangular steel pipes at a worksite in a hilly area. He arranges the pipes on a gravel road and joins the sections using arc welding, producing bright sparks as he assembles the frame. The metal structure is then carried indoors, where the upright posts are positioned and welded into place inside a small room. Plywood boards are fitted to form the two sleeping platforms, and a ladder is attached to provide access to the upper bunk. The process shows manual metal fabrication, welding, and assembly using basic tools. The completed bunk bed combines a welded steel frame with plywood sleeping surfaces.
