Raisina Hill in New Delhi, India, the ceremonial and administrative center of the Government of India. The scene features the grand sandstone North Block and South Block, which flank the central avenue leading to Rashtrapati Bhavan, the official residence of the President of India. The foreground includes Vijay Chowk, which opens onto Kartavya Path, the ceremonial boulevard connecting Raisina Hill with India Gate. A police traffic kiosk, security barricades, landscaped gardens, and passing vehicles are visible, reflecting the area's role as an important government and ceremonial precinct.
