Photographers stand in a giant horde to peer at a model Snow Leopard cub: Has Snow Leopard tourism gone the Ranthambor tiger way? The crowds and the hordes do not add up to low impact tourism any more, and if anything, they lead to a giant disturbance to the habitat and the peace and quiet needed in the Snow Leopard's mountains. After napping on a craggy rocky slope in desolate high altitude desert country, in mid-winter cold, a Snow Leopard cub heads back to its cave and sleeps alone once more, after licking its pelt and scratching its tail with its rear leg high in the air.
