We discovered this beautiful emerald - aquamarine lake in Kham province of Tibet, lost in the stark high altitude beauty of a rarely-visited region of the world. No one had visited it in a long time, and it sat lonely, forlorn and beautiful among the high altitude trans Himalayan mountains and pleateau-lands of Tibet. A stream emanates from the lake... A glacier empties water into the lake and anemones bloom on its banks. Who knows who will visit this next?
