Celina Jaitley has openly expressed her concern about the plight of elephants kept in captivity. She has witnessed firsthand the harsh conditions in which these majestic creatures are often forced to live, far removed from their natural habitats. Deeply moved by their suffering, she praised PETA for taking meaningful steps to protect these gentle giants and expressed her pride in being associated with such a compassionate cause. Elephants, with their intelligence, emotional depth, and social bonds, truly belong in the wild, roaming freely in their natural ecosystems. Yet, many are confined to cages or small enclosures, treated almost like criminals despite committing no wrongdoing.
