Enchanting beauty of a high-altitude Himalayan forest during the transition from winter to spring. The landscape is dominated by ancient Buransh trees, also known as Rhododendron arboreum, one of the most iconic tree species of the Indian Himalayas, and a pink and white flowering Daphne shrub, and lots of lichen / lichens growing and dropping off the trees. The forest is characterized by gnarled trunks, moss-covered branches, and rugged terrain scattered with large boulders. Fresh snow blankets parts of the forest floor and lower branches, creating a striking contrast with the vibrant green moss that thrives in these cool, moist mountain environments. Adding to the beauty of the scene is a blooming Wild Himalayan Pear tree, adorned with delicate pink and white blossoms. The flowers emerge
