Devbhumi rasoi is an offering of Hapurwale ki dukaan in Landour bazaar. Chaval, gurh and saunf and other offerings are explained by Pankaj Aggarhwal of Hapulwale. The world seems to be chasing Bengali mithai, but here he is bringing to the fore traditional mithai offerings that have been forgotten. He wishes to keep the traditions active and alive, such as the traditions from the Tehri darbar. Raaj singori is now being made from Mumbai, on the basis of his recipes! Pahari daal ka pakoda which is used in Ganesh ji's mala, he tells us, and it is turned into a mala, which started in Dodital, as a Ganesh tradition.
