A live demonstration of a traditional cold-pressed oil extraction machine takes place at Nature Bazaar in New Delhi. The compact mini ghani (marachekku) oil press, branded "VEDIK OILS," processes oilseeds using a low-temperature extraction method designed to retain their natural flavor and nutritional qualities. The video shows fresh peanut oil being extracted from the machine, flowing through a stainless steel filtration mesh before being collected in a transparent measuring container. The stall also displays a range of cold-pressed oils, including coconut oil, almond oil, and other traditional wellness products.
