On a day when the Madras High Court is scheduled to pass its order on the alleged 'staged' encounter of red sanders smugglers in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor district in a police operation recently, MDMK chief Vaoiko lead a protes tin Vellore and demanded a thorough probe into the matter. Vaiko, while attacking the Andhra Pradesh government for its ''soft approach'' towards the Chittoor encounter, demanded that the immediate arrest of the policemen responsible for the killing of 20 red sanders smugglers in a joint operation on Tuesday. The Andhra govt is insensitive to such a highly condemnable and sensitive matter.
