A deer is found within the vegetation. It's a Sambar Deer female! After a close look, we can spot some other individuals. But these are not the same species of ungulates. Although also a deer, pay attention to their spots. These are Cheetals, also know as Spotted deer. Shriska (or Sariska) National park is a Wildlife Sanctuary within sharp cliffs of hills and narrow valleys of the Aravallis dominating the landscape. A combination of dry and deciduous forests. Deep within the heart of this sanctuary ruins of medieval temples of Garh-Rajor, belonging to the 10th and 11th centuries can be found. Sariska park is home to numerous carnivores including Leopard, Wild Dog, Jungle Cat, Hyena, Jackal, and Tiger.
