A quick tutorial on how to throw a discus at Ankush Punia's institute for discus throw in Sakoti Tanda Village, Meerut. A semi-deflated football bladder is used to demonstrate the throw and the body postures to correctly throw a discus which will be a heavier and made of metal. This is an institute run by Ankush Punia who is husband and coach of gold medalist Seema Punia. He gives training for fitness and discus throw free of cost to young people in and around his village.
