A Red Fox in the Himalaya starts winter morning with a nice poop, stretches and looks for marmot prey in the only non-snowed over patch of mountain slope. It rests on the mild bit of grass where a stream has melted the snow. After that, it investigates a potential marmot hole for prey, but the marmots or mouse-hare are deep within the earth, hiding in their underground warm shelters, out of the reach of the fox. The fox is in search of food and with the sun having coming out, the morning advances and forces the fox to explore the freshly-snowed over slopes around it. With no pugmarks of signs of animal or human movement, the fox must sit out the overcast morning waiting for new ideas or animal movement developments, to chart out its course of action for filling its stomach! It chases after
