Zoji La or Zoji Pass is an important mountain pass in Kashmir connecting Kargil and beyond with the rest of the country by road. Zoji La offers beautiful views of the Ladakh range. Sankhu is a prominent village in the lower Suru valley and is an important landmark after Kargil.
