A group of Nilgai, also known as the blue bull or blue cow, moves through a forest habitat in Rajasthan. The scene features two male Nilgai and one female grazing on vegetation while wandering through the woodland landscape. The males display their characteristic grey-blue coats, muscular build, and short, pointed horns, while the females show the species’ lighter brown colouration. One male is observed smelling the female’s hindquarters, a common behavioural interaction associated with social and reproductive communication among antelopes. The animals continue grazing and moving cautiously through the dry forest terrain typical of northwestern India. The footage captures natural feeding behaviour, social interaction, and wildlife activity of Nilgai in their natural habitat.
