The heart of the old city can be seen in this lovely aerial flight. Citizens sit around in the Gandhi park with the statue shown in the typical Dandi March pose. The crowded bazaar area can be seen beyond. Gandhi park has a library next to it - the lovely old brick building in reddish-brown. The Ghanta Ghar or the clock tower was constructed here to mark the center of the town. During the British period many such clock houses were constructed throughout India.
