The old area called Ghanta Ghar market in Meerut. There are so many things which have not updated since the British period here, like houses, electric cables and shops. There are many houses which look like an 'old havelis'. These houses have large gates, wide walls and roofs that are made of wood and tomb-like structure and those houses hold the unique attraction for the public. As we can see the old utility poles or (electric poles) and the chaos of the overhead cables in this area are quite old and unsafe for the residents and frequent vistors of this area.
