Viewer discretion advised due to possible graphic content. A seven-member pilgrim party from Madhya Pradesh had a providential escape when the tempo traveller in which they were travelling suddenly caught fire on the ghat road. According to sources, the alert driver noticed smoke billowing from the engine when the vehicle was coming down from Tirumala near 36th curve on the first ghat road. He and the pilgrim party immediately got down from the vehicle which soon caught fire resulting in the entire van reduced to ashes in no time. They later reached Alipiri in a vehicle coming to Tirupati and reported to TTD vigilance wing. The pilgrim party after visiting various holy places reached Tirumala on Friday and was returning home in their van after darshan. Alipiri police registered a case. Sou
