So this is where the fresh white Radish muli or Daikon grows before reaching vegetable markets and supermarket shelves. This is a farm in Maharashtra that we filmed in winter. The owner of the farms shows our cameraman around on his farm. He generously pulls out a few of his vegetables to show us the development of the crops and possibly when they will harvest the crop.
