A montage of Indian street food. Shot in the back alleys of Old Delhi, including Gali Paranthe Wali and bits of the spice/nut markets. Early Dec, 2010. Mostly fried bread (great Aloo Nan cooking shot) of one kind or another. The final curry starter shot is also killer.... I shot a large portion this walking alone - early on the 3rd day in Delhi. What a morning. There are cold Chicago days on the train when I close my eyes and rewalk this entire route in my head. Ah Delhi...
