A farmhouse in Mizoram has pumpkins drying on its verandah, to be used by the family and sold in the market as a cash crop. Villagers bring in their harvest on baskets or tokris, walking past floss flower or ageratum blossoms. The fields still have more Pumpkin or kaddu getting ready in them. A bamboo structure is created along a village waterway, to act as a bridge and a mini dam. The pumpkin vines are nicely staked up in the fields. A villager has harvested bamboo poles and takes them home.
