It's like the dynastic son of a dictator - one can almost be certain of his brutal powers some day (unless humanity takes over!). Even the puppy stalks and attacks the tiger cub and the cub's sharp claws remain retracted and innocently harmless! For now, the tiger cub and puppy tumble and play innocently in the grass... and peace prevails on earth!
