A female leopard was died after it fell into a well at a tea garden in West Bengal's Jalpaiguri district. The two-year-old leopard fell into the well in the Goodhope tea garden of Malbazar area early morning. Forest officers rescued the animal after the management of the tea garden informed them. But then it was already dead The animal's post mortem revealed that it died of drowing as its lungs were filled with water. The leopard had strayed into the tea garden from a nearby forest and fell into the well by accident.
