Delhi Rotary club recently collaborated with Shivananda's Yogalife center for the International Day of Yoga celebrations on 21st June 2019. Yoga instructor, Smiti of Yogalife, took charge of the session towards a better India in terms of fitness and mental health. The session in this video has reached to a point that the young, the old and others alike are performing the Bhujangasana or Cobra pose. Bhujangasana or Cobra Pose is a reclining back-bending asana in hatha yoga. It is commonly performed in a cycle of asanas in Surya Namaskar. From there they go into a resting position before getting into Vrikshasana also known as the tree pose before they stretch their back and arms in order to perform a different asana.
